lost access to my old account

Hello,
I’m really doomed … I lost access to the authenticator account and I can’t login to my old account , I also don’t have to the backup codes nor to the phone number as I changed it.
Please help ..
the blog I need help with isn’t the one I created this post with, I created this one because I didn’t have any other way to contact you.
