Lost access to my organization’s site

    Please help! I tried to log into the aauwjanesville site (I’m the new president) and ended up creating a new site instead when I tried to change the password. I can’t seem to get into the aauwjanesville site with what I thought was the old password. When I requested a code to reset the password, it must have ended up in some email account I don’t have access to…I don’t know where it went.
    Please help me regain access.

    Do you need my old password?
    I subscribed to the next level up so I will have access to better design tools. (The site really needs a makeover :-) ). I hope that upgrade was applied to this site and not the new user I inadvertently created. Can you check on that for me also?

    Hi @pphillips1400, were you able to log into the other account? It looks like it’s just a matter of logging out of pphillips1400 and logging back in as aauwjanesville. You can reset the password too if you need to:

    Then while you’re logged in as the other user, get in touch and we’ll help you sort out any further questions with the upgrades. Cheers!

    I’m logged into my “other” account….the one I don’t want….to write this post.
    When I log out of that account and try to log into the account I want (aauwjanesville), I’m unable to change the password. The link/ instructions to change the password are sent to an email account I do not have access to — the email address for the person who used to manage this site and is no longer available to help me.
    What can I do to get access to the aauwjanesville site?

    Updating the password on the aauwjanesville account should send a confirmation email to the new address (not the old one):

    Change Your Email Address

    If you haven’t done so already, please check the new email address you entered and click the link it contains — that should confirm the change.
