lost access to my other blog

I have had two accounts (domains?) for about 10 years, but when WP executed the recent changes, I was essentially locked out because I didn’t want to use the new format. My main account (domain?) is https://hleahtor.wordpress.com and I seem to have mostly figured that one out. The real problem is with my other one, https://wordpress.com/view/byadamsite.wordpress.com. My computer forces me to use Microsoft Edge, and the log in at that browser says it doesn’t exist. When I manage to get on my preferred browser Chrome, I can log on to my By a Damsite blog group, but the view is all screwed up and cut in half.

Here’s the deal: I want to do two things…
1- I want to have all of my blogs accessible and as they were before WP tossed them like a salad. I can give you all of my former codes, etcetera.
2- I want to download all of my material ( I believe there are 13 blogs, only 2 or 3 are active) to a flash drive and then I would like to delete my accounts.

I thank you for your assistance.

  • First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  • That site belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
