Lost access to my site

Hi! I cannot access my site, my account says:

Domain Registration for karinestrohercom.wordpress.com
You no longer have access to this site and its purchases.
but I am getting payment emails so I am in the right account. I have an administrator registered that I lost contact with so can’t figure out where my site rights went.

Many thanks for your patience.
We’ve taken a look at this and we suspect we know the issue here – to help us confirm, can you tell us if you’ve recently conducted a migration or an import using All in One WP Migrate?
The reason why I ask is because, this plugin is installed on the site, and sometimes its the case that some i’s and t’s need to dotted and crossed after a migration – which we can help with.
Once confirmed, we can get to work on employing a fix.
