Lost access to my Site

    Hello!

    I attempted to change the domain to my website. When I did this, I now have lost access to it completely. When I type in the new domain name (storiesbylinds.com), it doesn’t bring me to any website. When I type in my old domain name (lindsaymessinabooks.com), it brings me to my website but the content is messed up. I am very new to designing websites. Please help! Thank you!

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    For help changing the domain, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider for assistance on how best to do change that domain without disruption.
