Lost access to my site after modifying “default-constants.php”
-
Hello,
Here’s my issue: I wanted to increase the memory allocated to my site (from 40MB to 64MB) by modifying the “default-constants.php” file.
Since I couldn’t modify it directly, I downloaded a copy of the file, renamed the original one to “.OLD”, and tried to upload the new file. However, by renaming the original file, I unfortunately lost access to my site…I have a copy of the unmodified file saved locally, as well as a full backup of my site, but since I can’t access the admin dashboard, I’m unable to do anything.
How can I proceed, please?

Hello,
Are you still having the issue?
If so, Can you try it again from an Incognito Window?
Next I would try to clear the cache and cookies
Finally, attempt to use another browser.
