Lost access to my site (lcdlo.home.blog) – no reply from support

  Hello,

  I’m the owner of the site https://lcdlo.home.blog, hosted on WordPress.com. Unfortunately, I have lost access to the admin account associated with this site.

  I have already submitted a recovery request through the official contact form several days ago, but I have not received any answer.

  Here is what I’ve tried so far:

  • Resetting my password (unsuccessful)
  • Using the account recovery form (https://wordpress.com/account/recovery)
  • Double-checking my inbox and spam folder
  • Contacting support via the help form

  I would like to recover access to the site or be able to transfer ownership to another email address if needed. I can provide proof that I am the rightful owner (emails, published content, etc.).

  Can someone from the WordPress.com team help me, or escalate this case?
