Lost Access to my URL

    Many years ago I set up a URL, which is my name. The site is still up and shows me and my business. I friend helped me set it up and I no longer have access to the email address that was used at the time. I don’t see any payments going out to keep this site up, so I can’t get the alpha code from the billing. I don’t know how it is still up if I’m not paying for it yearly? I’d like to get access again. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. I wish wordpress had a phone number I could call.

    The URL is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you happen to remember creating another WordPress.com or someone close to creating one? The site shows that the account is connected to the WordPress.com account jeannettedashiell. Do you have access to that account?
