Lost access to my website?

  Hi there… it appears I no longer have access to my website: https://thoughtontracks.com/ It has been a while since I’ve tried to login and when I try to reset the my password, WordPress claims that this isn’t one of my sites. Please advise: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi @robpeoni, it was set up under another account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
