Lost access to my WordPress under the subdomain

    Hi,
    I tried to get my new password from clicking “forget my password” but I haven’t received any changing password link/email.
    Here’s the subdomain which having the problem:
    Example.cheungjoproduction.com

    What should I do now?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It looks like you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    The current DNS settings for the domain “example.cheungjoproduction.com” are as follow.

    ns59.domaincontrol.com
    ns60.domaincontrol.com
