Lost access to my wp-admin and my website

I need help to recover my website afropotberlin.de which collapsed and now-defunct. I cannot access my wp-admin. I was trying to change my themify theme option and this led to that. I wanted to make my new page the main page and I made some changes at the settings and everything started depleting before my eyes.
