Lost access to my wp_admin

  I am currently on a project I started not quite long, it’s not hosted yet. I plan to host it and go live when I’m done with the entire project. I activated a security plugin to secure my website from malware and hackers which prompted me to use a 2-factor Authenticator app, I have been logged out ever since of my website requesting me to scan and enable the app on system. Please I have been denied access into the admin area of this website. Please I need assistance on any how to gain access to my admin area. Either I create and approve another user as the admin. Kindly assist me.
