It is incredibly frustrating to feel locked out of your own digital presence while it’s actively causing harm to your business. Since you’ve lost access to both your recovery email and phone number, the standard automated recovery tools won’t work, and WordPress.com typically cannot delete a site or grant access based solely on a photo ID for security and privacy reasons. To move this forward, you must bypass the standard login screen and use the formal Account Recovery Form (found at wordpress.com/login/recovery), where you can provide technical proof of ownership such as a Transaction ID from a past payment, an original Activation URL, or even a notarized letter from your domain registrar; if you cannot prove ownership through those means, your best path to immediate “damage control” is to file a formal Privacy or Defamation Report via their abuse system (wordpress.com/abuse), which triggers a manual review by their Terms of Service team specifically for content that violates personal privacy or contains unauthorized personal information.

Since you have no longer have access to your recovery email or phone number, the usual automated recovery options won’t work. Also, for security reasons, WordPress.com generally can’t restore access or remove a site just by verifying a photo ID.
The best step now is to use the official Account Recovery Form at wordpress.com/login/recovery. Through that form, you can submit proof that the account belongs to you, such as a past payment Transaction ID, the original activation email or URL, or even documentation from your domain registrar confirming ownership.
If you’re unable to provide those details, another practical option is to focus on damage control. You can submit a Privacy or Defamation report through wordpress.com/abuse. This sends the issue directly to the WordPress Terms of Service team, who can manually review the content—especially if it includes personal information, violates privacy, or harms your reputation.
While it may take some time for them to respond, using these official channels usually gives the best chance of getting the issue properly reviewed and resolved.

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I understand that without access to my recovery email or phone number, the normal recovery options may not work. I will try submitting the Account Recovery Form at wordpress.com/login/recovery and provide any proof of ownership I can find, such as payment details or the activation email.
If that doesn’t work, I will also submit a report through wordpress.com/abuse so their Terms of Service team can review the content. I really appreciate your guidance on the next steps.
