Lost access to page

    The menu toolbar at the top of my page has disappeared and when I go to look at my site via the WordPress website there are no stats showing and a message saying that my account cannot be accessed. The site is up and running and has been for around two years, but I no longer have the ability to make any changes. Any ideas on how I go about getting access to make changes to my site again? Thanks in advance and please dumb down any responses as I am not an expert in websites.

    robertbrightwell.com is not connected to WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress installation. These are 2 different versions of WordPress. Because of that, I don’t have any access to your account or website to really help in any kind of detail.     Thanks for your help. I spoke to my hosting provider and they suggested adding /wp-admin/ to the end of my website address which brought up the admin page I was looking for to make changes. Not sure where the toolbar bit went that I have used in the past – googling indicates that there might be a change in the code on the site, but the last time I attempted a code change it was nearly disastrous. So will use the admin link for now.

    The website used to appear in my wordpress account where I also have a blog so not sure why this is no longer the case.
