Lost access to phone.

  Hi WordPress! My another blog had two factor aunthentication and i have lost my phone. I have only access to my account mail id plus i know the account password too. My blog user name is : anonumes and mail id is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have payment reciept number as well. I bought premium package recently. I am unable to log in please help. Thanks
