Lost access to site
-
My webpage based on WordPress (www.clubmanestates.co.uk) does not let me log in. I click ‘log in’ and I get a blank page (all other pages on the site work).
I have had to log in via Google to do this, as it won’t let me log in via the main WordPress page. The username I know is correct is not recognised. I have an old site that I can log into but this was a stop gap and I don’t need that anymore.
I can’t find the original email (though I have emails from wordpress going back to 2011 which is when I set this page up).
Because I can’t log in, I can’t get the wordpress url (it’s hosted on another domain as you can see) and therefore I can’t raise a support ticket. I am going round in circles and getting quite scared that I can’t get myself logged in.
Can someone help, please? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog it has logged there is NOT the one I want help with. That is the ‘spare’ one I have (that I referred to).

Unfortunately that is the only site this WordPress.com support forum can assist with. You’ll need to ask your host for advice or register an account to ask at https://wordpress.org/support/

I’ve already said that I have tried those but because I can’t access anything, I can’t provide the information they ask for to raise a ticket! Which is why I am here.

You’re more likely to get help in the WordPress.org forum where someone else may have faced a similar issue. Your site is hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software and isn’t on WordPress.com servers.
