Lost access to site

  Hi,
  We have a Word Press site for our organisation. I can’t get access to the site as the person who set it up is long gone and there seems to be a problem with passwords. Can you help? I’m happy for us to move on to a paid site. However it seems extremely difficult to contact anyone at WordPress to offer to pay them money! Martin
