Lost access to site dashboard

I can’t log into my site. I send messages to WP; they don’t respond. Not a server problem; asked hosting co. I can get in through my WP blog but the message says something about JackPack. I’m not getting any error messages. Should I rename my plug-ins? How do I get error messages?

I’ve completely lost a new site I have. My username is: treatment; I think my pw is Henrythe8th! In any event, they don’t recognize my username. ALSO, the dashboard to the site is completely frozen. I can only get to it via my blog .Something about plug-ins and JackPack. What should I do to log into the new site and please advise about Plug-ins. Some of them are valuable.

OH! They also don’t recognize my e-mail address. What’s going on? I’ve been with WP for about 20 years. They should have my****** e-mail address.
