lost access to the admin dashboard and the website

every time i went onto danishpuri.com a second later the url would change to http://108.179.213.74/~danishpu which i didn’t like hence in an attempt to fix it i changed the website url to http://danishpuri.com and wordpress url to http://danishpuri.com/wp immediately after that i was unable to get back to the dashboard and the website looks like a total screw-up where nothing loads properly. i’m not a programmer by any chance but i don’t understand the basics.

danishpuri.com happens to be a self-hosted WordPress site on Bluehost. This forum is only for WordPress.com sites. The following support document explains the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
