lost access to the email associated with the account

  Hi,
  I opened this account( https://senayimreandtheworld.wordpress.com/) in 2012 with my school email. I graduated and i lost all my access and past info of my email. I would like to access to my account, how can i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are not successful gaining access to the blog then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

  I tried that before i wrote here but there is a section of proof of ownership and i dont know how can i get the info they ask for there befajse i have no information regarding those as well because i dont have access to the email anymote
