Lost access to username and password

    I’m in the same situation with other site I have the URL http://212berlin.com/ we can access because we lost the Username and the password, can you help me? much appreciate.

    This is a self-hosted copy of WordPress through lunarpages.com. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.

    And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

    First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:

    As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
