Lost access to website

  Hi ! We have 2 sites with you, the one I’m contacting you through and the one I need help with. I’ll only speak of the second from now on.

  I can’t access the website as a consumer or through the /wp-admin link, I get the error 500 message on both routes. I have recently been employed and have started updating the website, maybe I installed something wrong ?
  Whatever the issue, the business’ email adress isn’t recognized by wordpress.org, so at the moment, I have no idea how to access the site.
  I have tried ftp, but I get the 403 error message.

  Please let me know if you have any information or tips !

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your vivreaaniane.org site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your hostuses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  I hope that points you in the right direction.
