Lost Access to Website, Can’t Access Support

Hello. I woke up today to see that my website was taken off my account. It says I do not have a website or a domain, eve though I transferred the domain properly…and have confirmation that it transferred. Very odd.
The status I get on my active upgrades in Purchases is “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.”
When I try to contact support, I am met with blank screens and the AI saying it’s giving me a button, but nothing is there.
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. -
Note that this account you are posting from was only created yesterday. Are you perhaps just logged into the wrong account to reach your site?

This fresh account was created to migrate the website from a different hosting service over to WordPress. It’s the correct account, unfortunately. Thank you for checking that.
