Lost access to website, saying it’s suspended

On Jan 7 I was working on my website and suddenly when I tried to create a new Page it didn’t let me and it said my site had been suspended. However, I didn’t get any emails about it and I don’t think I was doing anything against the terms of service or anything like that. When I tried reloading wordpress, nothing in my website’s overview was loading, and it didn’t show any of my Pages, and the website’s preview was like an empty default WordPress site with just the header and footer. I asked the support chat bot and it said this could be due to some connectivity issues so I decided to wait and see if it would get resolved on their end. But now it’s Jan 18 and it’s still the same so I don’t know what to do.
