Lost Access to WordPress Account

  Hello,

  Many years ago I had the following website created: https://capital-connections.co.uk/

  I do not know my email or password to access the account and make changes. Is there any way of me gaining access to this again?

  I appreciate that for security reasons you will be unable to give me the account name and password but I would greatly appreciate some advice on how I can solve this problem.
