Lost access to WordPress account

    Hello, we have lost access to our WordPress account for billing information. We run our site from our own Azure infrastructure but all the people who were involved with the site have left the business during the pandemic and now we have no oversight over billing etc. Are you able to help please?

    We’re WordPress.com the hosting provider and as I understand your site is using the WordPress software and it’s hosted in Azure. So, you need to get in touch with the Microsoft Azure support to resolve this.

    For sites hosted with WordPress.com – that would be the case, but it looks like the site you’re describing is with Azure.
