Lost access to wordpress.com account

  Hi WordPress Support

  I have lost access to rustyquill.com when accessing via my WordPress account

  Can you check whats going on ? I need urgent access to update WordPress content.

  Hello,

  My login to wordpress.com still works, I do not think that the account recovery form will help.

  Let me explain the issue in more detail:

  Since Saturday evening our webhosting is not being displayed in wordpress.com.
  When accessing WordPress.com I only see the text “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one?”

  Our website is still running and it’s admin interface can be accessed via the direct wp-admin URL.

  It seems the integration between our WordPress hosting and wordpress.com is broken.

  When accessing our website directly and trying to open Jetpack it requires us to “set up jetpack” instead of showing available backups etc.

  Is it possible that we lost the jetpack config and with it the connection to wordpress.com?

  As @staff-zinnia said you are logged in to the wrong account. Just follow the instructions you got.

  I sent out the account recovery form and they were able to reconnect jetpack. Thank you for your help :-)
