lost access to wordpress.com blog

I’ve been asked by the owner of another blog to help him recover his access. From what I understand he had someone else managing the blog for him, but cannot get in touch with that person anymore. The last post was made two years ago. I attempted to use the account recovery form, but I don’t believe he has any of the proof of ownership listed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Generally you would try and reset the password to the account from our sign in page.
If that does not work, then you can submit proof of ownership to recover the user account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
We aren’t able to give out any account details. What we could do is send an email to the address associated with the user account. Would you like us to do that?

No we are not able to give out the email address for any account. I will send that email though and hopefully it will reach y’all. All you have to do is write back to that email directly and we can help you reset the password and get access.
