I was using YOUR services but in January… I lost! I was typing http://www.cuneytornek.com/wp-admin and suddenly I ended-up on http://www.cuneytornek.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cuneytornek.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 !! I paid I think $20 or $30 and suddenly… I lost my service. I now have cuneytornek.wordpress.com and it’s fine but all the work I did on http://www.cuneytornek.com/wp-admin is lost! Probably it’s somewhere which I don’t know but you surely know. I BOUGHT http://www.cuneytornek.com from YOU.
This will be the last mail that I will send to you because… I don’t know what I can do!

The domain name cuneytornek.com was purchased from Tucows on October 19, 2010. It looks like cuneytornek.com is hosted with NetFirms.com and is using WordPress.org.
Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.

Yes, all of your current files should be with your host, NetFirms.
To move your blog from a WordPress.org instance to here at WordPress.com, please follow the steps in this guide:

By the way… Sorry but I forgot… I already have cuneytornek.wordpress.com . My files to transfer would be all that was on WordPress.org right?
I was trying… and I don’t need any of the existent files. I work with http://www.netfirms.com and I sent them a mail to transfer a copy to you.
