Lost account

Hi,
I believe I’ve lost my wordpress.com account. Some in the end of June I reserved lorenalapumi.wordpress.com through GoDaddy (I think?). Now https://lorenalapumi.wordpress.com says this name is reserved. I have no idea how to get my account back, I have no username nor password. It could be that GoDaddy created this account for me through their ‘managed wordpress’ offer, but they have no track of it either. So basically I would need to do a ‘reset password’ based on the subdomain I reserved: lorenalapumi.wordpress.com.

When we register a username account the matching site URL is reserved for our use only. That URL is reserved for this username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/lorenalapumi
As you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account you need to clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
Then to sign up for your first WordPress.com site, simply fill out the signup form. https://wordpress.com/start/design-type

Hi @lorenalapumi17, that site can only be registered by user lorenalapumi. If that account belongs to you, can you log out and log back in as that user? Then you can register that site. It has not been registered before.
