Lost Account

I can’t log into my account because the email address I registered it under has been disabled (school account, recently graduated.) I don’t think there are any other options and I’m really torn about this.

Could you share us the URL address of the site that you’re trying to login to? If it’s indeed a wordpress.com site, have you tried logging in with your username?
In the event that you unable to remember the username, lost your password and access to email, the only way to recover your account is by going through the Account Recovery process: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form.
If you’re unable to provide any of the information requested, I’m afraid no one could help you to regain access to your email.
Another thing you could try is to check with your school if they could temporarily activate your email account for you to reset your password and change the email address to your private email address.
