lost account

tried to put shortcut on desktop taskbar and now it says it don’t have an account, won’t let me change password, don’t have sms # whatever the hell tht is, did something wrong trying to log out and it won’t work and i tried logging out but did something wrong and it still says i don’t have an account, which i have has since about 2012, reset password doesn’t work, i don’t have the info it wants for account recovery and this is about the only page i can get to and i am getting sick of this. i just want to get my account back and not have to find my followers and tell them i’m, done with blogging because wordpress doesn’t have an actually employee helping people after screwing them multiple times.

Hi there, what is the URL of the website you’re trying to recover? Unfortunately, without the information on the Account Recovery page, there is not much WordPress.com can do to help you regain access. Would you be able to regain access to the email linked to that account and see if you still have the Verification URL from when you created your account?
