lost account

So frustrating trying to get anyone to help or speak to an actual person. I had my blog and wanted to change my domain as the previous one is expiring. But my whole account is now deleted? I could not log in and tried numerous times and numerous ways. Using the email address I have always used for my account would not work. If I could speak to an adviser I could send over emails proving I have been using my site to this email address. I could not use a forum as I could not log in. I then tried to log in using my google account and it just created a new profile. aaargh! so frustrating. Is my account gone? I don’t understand what is happening??

Yeah, creating a new account doesn’t help if you want to access an existing account. What is the full address of your site?

Also… there is no other way to actual even speak to anyone unless you are somehow logged in?the address is http://www.mumofleos.co.uk

Alas I’m afraid even if you could get to speak to someone here at WordPress.com they couldn’t help you as your site isn’t hosted here. It’s hosted over at Google. As it uses the wordpress installation you’ll need to register an account at the correct support forum. Hope you find a solution over there.

Aaaahh… okay, I think I understand now.
Oh gosh, I wish I was more technologically savvy…. would have saved myself alot of time. Thank you so much for your help. I’m very grateful.
