Please help. It looks like we lost our account. We need to reactivate it.

Hey there, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with, and tell us the email address associated with the account? If you’ll type the email address here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.

I should add too: if you closed your account recently, and want to undo that, please respond to the closure confirmation email with your intentions and our account recovery team can help.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
