  Someone created https://jmkellylandscape.wordpress.com and the we have no idea how to get into it. The information is wrong. How can we either delete the account or get access? Thanks in advance.

  Unfortunately, although the content of that site may relate to your company unless the owner transfers ownership to you there’s not much we, as volunteers, can do. If you know the creator and they are willing to transfer ownership to you, you can use this process to get that going: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  If that’s not possible, there may be options for you on these links to alert WordPress.com staff of the situation:
  https://wordpress.com/support/report-blogs/ – Report a site form.
  https://wordpress.com/abuse/ – Report abuse form.

  However, the staff’s ability to respond to those is going to be limited, as mentioned in the first report form, WordPress.com strongly believes in freedom of speech, and you might need to seek legal action against the site’s creator.
