Lost account and it says there is no account linked to my email?

Its what the title says. I’ve been logging in using my username only. and now it didn’t work for some reason. So I tried to do it with mail. and it didnt work.
When I tried to reset my password it said that there is no account connected with this mail.
After doing the same but then with my username. I never recieved an email.
My account has been hacked before legit outta nowhere for no reason and it then posted ALOT of posts about pills and other medical stuff in a form of ads.That isn’t the case yet because my site still looks the same (markdekuijer.nl) but I just cant log in anymore
Any help you as the support team could get me back in?
or change my email to be my own again(because I think that it isn’t atm)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site markdekuijer.nl is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Versio. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
