Lost account Info

I recently started a job that has a WordPress website (thevillagesinc.org) but no one seems to know what the login and password for it is. When I go to reset the password, it doesn’t go to any email address at the company. I reached out to a past employee that was working on it and she can’t get into it either. I was hired specifically to work on the website and I can’t! Any help would be appreciated.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
