Lost account info
-
Hi. I have a blog which I can no longer access. At some point I changed the admin email from my personal one, to another which I no longer remember or have access to. If I knew which email it was, I could probably recover it, but since you cannot give it to me, I am stuck. Is there any way you could set my blog to private, as it contains certain private info I need to make unavailable?
The only evidence I have as of now, is previous emails from the blog to my personal email (before it was changed), and the user details which points toward me being the owner (as people have contacted me this way). I have read your account recovery page, and this is probably not enough. However I would appreciate it if you could set the blog to private, and perhaps you then can send a notifcation to the owner email – so that if I wasn’t the real owner they would have a chance to control/undo it?

Hi @thomaslgj150118, we can’t give out the email address on file, but can you reach out to the account recovery team directly and share a link to this forum post?
You can use this.
