Lost account / strange activity

  Hello.

  Please note that it’s NOT about http://deftoneslt.wordpress.com. I needed to use other account to login to forums.

  Over few days I noticed stange activity on two of my blogs:
  1.) http://worshipplay.wordpress.com
  2.) http://arsonistsprayers.wordpress.com

  On 2017.12.23 I received an e-mail from WordPress that I requested that the password be reset for worshipplay.wordpress.com. But I never did it. I ignored the e-mail.

  On 2017.12.25, when trying to reach http://http://arsonistsprayers.wordpress.com/wp-admin.php page, I was asked to login. I use Chrome browser and have enabled auto-login function, but it failed. I tried to put my login name and password manually, but it said the password is incorrect. The problem is that I hadn’t changed password for that blog. Another problem – about 3-4 years ago I have lost control over the e-mail with which I set up blog due to some strange Russian policy over http://www.mail.ru service. I never changed my blog account e-mail, so now I can’t recover my blog, because I can’t login to that e-mail. Also I have no proof of identification, so I can’t fill auto recovery form.

  Is there anything that can be done with this problem?

  It’s a delicate situation because my blog is personal and I work in civil service. Please help me.

  You say that you lost access to your email inbox on mail.ru because of certain changes. Which email inbox did you receive this email on then?

  i received e-mail from WordPress about request to change password for http://worshipplay.wordpress.com blog in my e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff), because it’s the one e-mail with which I set account for http://worshipplay.wordpress.com

  All of my blogs on WordPress are set with different e-mails.

  If you don’t have access to the email address used for the account any more, and you don’t have any of the other data required for account recovery as per https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/, we won’t be able to help you regain access to the site in question. We can only help you regain access if you can verify you are the owner.
