Lost Account/Site

  I can no longer login to my site’s admin area(wp-admin). I receive a PHP error every time I go to reset my password, and now my site doesn’t appear when I login to my wordpress.com account.

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? There is not a site connected to the account that you contacted us from.

  The fact that the site is no longer connected is part of the problem. The site in question is onesixphoto.com.

  I’m trying to login to http://www.onesixphoto.com/wp-admin.

  The site onesixphoto.com appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:
