lost acess to the admin email, and my homepage has a critical error

  so I’ve lost access to the admin email, and my homepage has a critical error. the front/home page displays a 404 error only when not logged in, however when logged in as an administrator, everything works fine.
  is it possible to redirect the details of the critical error to my current editors address? its (email visible only to moderators and staff). i need this done asap as I’ve got a big launch for my product coming soon.

  Hi there!

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  You should reach out to your host InMotion for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
