Lost admin access after transfer

I transferred my domain (wplrugby.org) from WordPress to Wix recently, and I have not been able to login to my WordPress account ever since. The login link I used for my account utilized the domain (wplrugby.org/wp-admin), so naturally, after the transfer, the login link is no longer active. I’ve tried to login through a couple different emails on the wordpress.com site, but none of them are connected to an account. I need to make sure that my wordpress subscription is cancelled, and I am no longer charged for the website hosting services.

I’ve checked it, and I couldn’t find any records of wplrugby.org being hosted on WordPress.com in the past. The account you are currently contacting us from (wplrugby) has no active or past purchases, as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billingIt sounds like you might have hosted this site with another company. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Your site might have been hosted with other hosting companies like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc… As your site is already hosted with Wix, we can not identify which host you used before, but we can confirm that it was not WordPress.com.
