Lost admin password

  I have tried several time to get a new password. I receive the email but the link does not offer creating a new password IT IS JUST THE SIGN IN ! Going around in circles.

  Hi there,

  What username’s password are you trying to reset? If you are clicking the reset link for a different username while you’re still logged into this account it won’t work. You need to completely log out of this account before you can reset the password for a different account.

  If you are trying to reset the password for this account, then I must ask why? You are currently logged into this account, so you can just go to security settings and change it there. It’s not possible to reset the password for an account you’re currently logged into.
