lost admin username and and password

  Hello,

  I’ve started a new position here and admin person has left the company so we dont know who the admin user is or what the username/password is.

  I think my profile is just a contributor and i need to add another contributor.

  can you turn my profile into an admin user please or tell me how I can do this?

  If at all possible, contact the former administration for the information. As a contributor, you cannot add users. WordPress cannot transfer ownership of a site without proof of ownership. Perhaps your company has other information which would illustrate that the site belongs to you.
