lost administration page

I am the administrator for the website Heanor Rams. My administration page is accessed via (email visible only to moderators and staff) with my password . This has worked well from 2017 until January 6th 2021. On that day this login details put me to a new site named Heanor Rams2017. When this occurred I was fully confused and tried all different ideas to retrieve my original admin. page to no avail, although by entering Google and Heanor Rams my website is still available. Yet the admin. page is not Why?

Have you tried logging out of this incorrect account and logging back in with the correct credentials. When you regain access to your site/account immediately change the password.

I am sorry not to answer regarding my lost administration log in. It seems that I cannot make any one understand that I do not use the email address Heanorrams2017. My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) The Heanor2017 is a rogue email address which is not linked to my website. That is why I cannot get in via my original route. When I try I am immediately put into Heanor2017 and NOT Heanorrams as I want. It will not work to change passwords, I have gone through that route to no avail. Can you explain why Heanor2017 has taken preference when it has no relationship to the website and how can I get my log in route to Heanorrams via (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my original password.

The URL according to Heart Internet is Heanor-rams .co.uk. However this is where a confusion enters the fray. To access the website if you are a reader then Google Heanor Rams and when the page opens up the address to enter the website as a whole reads Heanor Rams Supporters club. This title assumed itself; How? Why? I cannot say only to conclude it is a throw back to an original website that was abandoned ages prior, to my talking on a new one in September 2017.

That’s because it’s a forwarded domain. The site’s correct URL is: https://heanorramssupportersclub.wordpress.com/
We do not support forwarded domains, but we do have two ways to add a domain you already own to a WordPress.com site:
Mapping allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

As for why you can’t access the site, that’s because you are not logged in with the correct account. It belongs to a different WordPress.com account.

None of all the suggestions you have given work. My URL is Heanorramssupportersclub. My Email for this site to get onto the administration is, or was, and I need the original, (email visible only to moderators and staff) My old password will not give me access and owing to the confusion created, on the day it all altered, I changed my password. Yet I still cannot get my administration site although on Google the Heanorramssupporters club web site is available to be perused. All I ask is how can I get back to the way I have administered this web site for four years without a hitch. Let me tell you how I logged in. I have an Icon on the bottom of my computer screen to give me a short cut to the log in page. When this was shown I simply click C0NTINUE. I was immediately onto my admin page to go to pages etc, to do my blogs. That all changed on Jan 6th after my computer updated on windows 10.

I must have been sent to this page so many times it is becoming a farce for it does not respond to anything that is why I continue to write to you asking what I am supposed to do.
I have logged onto https://heanorramssupportersclub.wordpress.com/ since I first had this webpage without any hitches for almost four years so why has it decided to change and why can I not get back to how it was prior to January 6th 2021. -
