Lost Administrator Access

  I created this site but no longer have administrator status nor access to Users list. I pay for a business account and asked for help using the chat. AI was not able to solve and forwarded me to human/non-AI support hours ago yet have received no reply. Please reset.

  As you have a paid plan, simply use the transaction ID to restore access – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership

  I tried the suggested method and it only referred to resetting password. I have access to the site for editing purposes, but do not have “users” option in navigation.
