Lost all access possibilities

  Dear sir or madame,
  I lost all access possibilities to my old blog. I want to delete my old blog but can’t provide any details you demand in your Account Recovery procedure. Is there any possibility you could help me? – I remember purchasing upgrades back in the late 2000s as a student but can’t remember how I paid for them (so I don’t habe transaction details).

  It doesn’t look like this site is with another account – can you access the email inbox that is connected to the WordPress.com account?

  I remember purchasing upgrades back in the late 2000s as a student but can’t remember how I paid for them (so I don’t habe transaction details).

  A transaction ID would ideal if you’re able to locate this. This can be used for account recovery.

  Failing that, we can set the site to private and the account owner would be informed.

  Drear aleone89,

  as far as I remember the email ***(email visible only to moderators and staff) is cthected to the account. This address was deleted in the maintime so I can’t access it.

  Maybe I used another email adress for my blog back then I forgot about. Could you give any hint in this case, which email I used? Maybe then I could try to access the old inbox.

  If this isn’t possible, I would be glad, if you could set the site to private.
