  Just a hope that customer can access more saved info than what is available in history cause hours of writting are gone and not in history even though i saved it and it automatically saves..help!!

  Were you editing your content on WordPress.com ?
  If you, Autosave saves every few seconds and you should be able to review your work in Revisions.
