Lost all email followers and can't link to Facebook or Google Plus

I seem to have lost all my email followers (close to 150) and my blogs no longer are published on Facebook and Google Plus when I publish them. I’ve posted about this topic in these forums three times now. Can ANYONE please help me out?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

You need to install the Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted WordPress site.
You can move your email followers by following the instructions here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site

For Google+ and Facebook, please follow the instructions here to connect them to your new self-hosted blog:

Let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks for getting back to me but that doesn’t help at all. This is what it says to do on the link you sent me:

“On the Settings -> Sharing page, click the Add New button next to the Facebook logo. A message will appear asking you to authorize the connection between your WordPress.com blog and your Facebook account, providing access to public profile and friend list.”

First of all, on the Settlings>Sharing page, there is no “Add New” button next to the Facebook logo. Secondly, there IS a connect button, but as I stated already, when you hit that “connect” button, it makes you sign into wordpress again. So then you go back to Settings>Sharing, and you hit “connect” again, and it once again makes you sign into wordpress. It is a never ending cycle. Please inform me what to do here.

Can you try using a different browser and see if you still have the same issue? You can download an updated browser here:
    http://browsehappy.com/

You can also follow the steps here to rule out any browser issues.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

Just to be clear, you need to be logged on to your self-hosted WordPress site dashboard (not the WordPress.com one) and have the Jetpack plugin installed.

When it asks you to sign in to WordPress, you need to put in your WordPress.com login information (not your self-hosted login information) so make sure you enter the correct login.

Is there an error message that you get when it tells you to sign into WordPress? If there is an error message, can you post it here?

Different browsers don’t work. I AM logged onto my self hosted WordPress site dashboard, not the WordPress.com one. I have the Jetpack plugin installed.

When it asks me to sign in I am using my self-hosted log in information. When I try to use by WordPress.com login information it says the password doesn’t work. I have no idea why.

There is no error message when I try to sign into WordPress. It just brings me to the WordPress sign in page. It is a never ending circle and I would like to have it fixed.

In your Dashboard, when click Jetpack, do you see a message that says, “You’re successfully connected to Jetpack!”?

Since you got Jetpack successfully connected and you are still experiencing issues, your issue is regarding Jetpack itself.
You can contact Jetpack support here and they’ll help you sort out your connecting to Facebook issue:
    http://jetpack.me/contact-support/

Since you are on a self-hosted site now, for all other questions regarding your self-hosted site, you need to go to the WordPress.org forum:
