Lost all login details

  Hello, I have joined a company who look after Star Cider. They had the website built around 6 years ago. We are looking to access the site (http://www.starcider.co.uk/), however the original designer no longer as the login details and they have been misplaced in our company, as the site has not been updated in years. Is there any way we can gain access to our site? As the site was created 6 years ago, it is difficult to gain any information on the email address/username/password/transaction ID etc. Please can you help us find a way to access our site.   First I want to mention that there are two types of WordPress, here you can read more about difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
  Your website is created using WordPress.org software and hosted on Claranet as I can see here: https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.starcider.co.uk.

  Therefore this forum of WordPress.com is unable to help, as we can access only websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  In your case, I would recommend you to start from this article: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  Probably your hosting company Claranet could also give some help: https://www.claranet.co.uk/support.
